| I brought my car to Meredith Auto for a vibration in the front left dashboard. Lee, the owner, went for a drive with me and heard the vibration. He suspected the kick mount. The car was ready with 1 ? hours, but when I picked it up the vibration was still there. I returned the car to Meredith. Lee said he had replaced the clips in the kick panel, had taken it for a drive and the vibrations were gone. I explained the vibrations were the same. So, we went for another drive, and although he acknowledged the vibration, he told me ?It?s the panel. I don?t know what else to do? and said I would ?have to live with it.? He kicked the lower left panel while driving and claimed the noise stopped, but it did not. I took the car to another garage, where they found a bad hydraulic motor mount and two others failing. Had I accepted Lee?s conclusion, I would have been driving with failing motor mounts, risking serious mechanical damage and expensive repairs. I left Meredith Auto feeling dismissed and disrespected. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. |

| I already posted a review on Google. I?ve been a loyal customer for almost 4 years. Bringing my car, My Husbands truck, now our teenagers car. I have waited for our vehicles before, however, recently, we?ve been having to drop it off the night before, then get updates throughout the day to pick it up later, now just last week with our sons car we were charged for a sunroof leak check, that was not completed, I called and kindly asked if our son could swing by after school to quickly check the sunroof, and was advised by the receptionist that it wasn?t just a ?quick check? is she the mechanic? No Hector is. She tried to get an exception to drop off AGAIN that was a hard no. Owners are sending a refund for what services we were charged for. I feel like the customer service is starting to decline due to their busyness or inability or care to maintain loyalty. For all of these reasons - I?m giving it one star, which is unfortunate I thought we found our place, and my family will not be returning. |
